![]() ![]() My laptop does not have a a cd-rom or floppy drive.I managed to find a Ghost utility that I could load from a bootable USB drive. I have a disk image (ghost) of the disk need to be restored, and believe the ghost.exe should run from bootable USB with DOS, but I can't seem to create it. Do you have a C:\Program Files (x86)\Altiris\eXpress\Deployment Server folder on your system? If so look in to the ghost folder on that location and confirm that you have the later 8021 build. But the hotfixes that you are installing are for the Console. ![]() It sounds like you are measureing your ghost version by looking in the ghost standard tools folder. After I installed HotFix 5 for GSS 3.0, I looked under Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Ghost and looked at both binaries of ghost32.exe and ghost64.exe both dated 4-8-2015 4:29 PM and they are both listed as version Product version 12.
